Grace & Emmanuel Lutheran Parish - Building Use Fees

Grace and Emmanuel Lutheran Churches invite members and non-members to use church facilities for special events such as weddings and funerals, and are happy to make facilities available to the community for meetings and/or conferences. Please review our fees here and then contact the church office at 320-245-2449 to make arrangements for your event.

Member Wedding:

  • Building use - No charge

  • Pastor honorarium - $300

  • Food Service:

    • Church supervises; wedding party provides food* and servers - $10/hour ($30 minimum)

    • Church serves, wedding party provides food* ready to serve:

      • Full meal - $3.00/plate

      • Sandwiches, cake, drinks - $2.50/plate

      • Cake, drinks - $2.00/plate

  • Organist - Negotiate with organist

  • Damage deposit** - $100

  • Custodial - $100

*food preparation to be done off-site unless arrangements have been made with Pastor and WELCA group

**refundable based on post-event assessment

Non-member Wedding

  • Building use - $250

  • Pastor honorarium - $325

  • Food Service:

    • Church supervises; wedding party provides food* and servers - $10/hour ($30 minimum)

    • Church serves, wedding party provides food* ready to serve:

      • Full meal - $5.00/plate

      • Sandwiches, cake, drinks - $4.00/plate

      • Cake, drinks - $3.00/plate

  • Organist - Negotiate with organist

  • Damage deposit** - $100

  • Custodial - $100

Member Funeral:

  • Building use - No charge

  • Pastor honorarium - $300

  • Food service - $100 (Church provides bars, beverages, set-up and clean-up)

  • Organist - $100

  • Coordinator* - $100

  • Custodial - $100

*if Funeral Director is not present

Non-member Funeral:

  • Building use - $100

  • Pastor honorarium - $325

  • Food service - $100 (Church provides bars, beverages, set-up and clean-up)

  • Organist - $100

  • Coordinator* - $100

  • Custodial - $100

*if Funeral Director is not present


Member - other events:

  • Building use - No charge

  • Supervisor - N/A

  • Custodial - No charge*

*as long as space is cleaned adequately

non-member - other events:

  • Building use - $100

  • Supervisor - $10/hour ($30 minimum)

  • Custodial - $50
